- Co-ordinator – Conduct committee meetings, examine the final draught of the magazine, and give a budget request to management.
- Chair – Holds meetings with all student members and organises activities to be held.
- The editor is responsible for reviewing and drafting the publication.
- Head of Data Collection - Gathers data from several departments.
- Event Organizer — Create a proposal for the event and coordinate it with team members.
- Recruitment Drive - Identify students from all departments who are interested in actively engaging in activities.
- Magazine Draft — Generates a rough draught of the magazine.
- Creative Design - This team will develop the magazine's design.
- Photography - This team compiles and pictures various events held at the college/departments.
- Publicity - This team provides extensive publicity and distributes a magazine.
